I’ve been a licensed esthetician since 2017. I am a wax specialist and a certified lash artist. I have been professionally waxing for 9 years and an Xtreme Lash Certified artist for 5 years. To ensure the best experience for every client, please take a moment to review our salon policies below: ✨ Policies ✨ ⏳ 48-Hour Reschedule/Cancellation Policy All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the booked service total. 💸 Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee If you cancel late or do not show up for your appointment, a 50% fee will automatically be charged to the card on file. No-shows may also be restricted from future bookings. 🚫 No Guests or Children (Unless Pre-Approved) For safety and space reasons, no additional guests or children are allowed in the salon unless previously approved. This ensures a relaxing environment for all clients. ⏱ 15-Minute Late Policy We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a late fee or cancellation fee may apply. 📝 Required Forms All intake and consent forms must be filled out prior to arrival. These are required for your service to begin on time. Keep an eye on your email or booking confirmation for form links. ✨ Lash Appointment Info – Please Read ✨ 🚫 No Foreign Fills I do not work over other artists’ work. If you currently have lashes from another tech, a removal and full set will be required. 💵 $45 Deposit for New Clients All new clients booking a full set of lashes must pay a $45 non-refundable deposit. This goes toward your appointment total and secures your spot! 📸 Bring the Vibe, Not the Exact Look Inspo pics? Yes, please! I love to see your vision. But keep in mind: Your natural lash length, thickness, density, and eye shape all affect the final outcome. While I’ll do my best to recreate your inspo, exact results will vary based on your natural lashes. 🗣 Communication is Everything Not 100% in love? Please let me know! I offer free fixes the same day or within 7 days of your appointment. I want you to leave feeling fabulous. 💸 No Refunds All services are non-refundable. But again — I’m more than happy to make adjustments if needed. Just speak up, babe! ✨ How to Prepare for Your Lash Appointment ✨ ✨ Come With a Clean Slate, Babe No makeup. No mascara. No leftover lash glue—clean lashes = better retention, and we don’t do crusty. ✨ Skip the Caffeine (Yes, We’re Serious 💋) Caffeine = jittery eyes = tricky lash placement. Be still, queen—ready to nap. ✨ Shower Before Your Appointment No steam or heavy sweat for 24 hours after—so rinse off before you come. ✨ Silence That Phone, Gorgeous This is your self‑care time. Do Not Disturb is the vibe—let those pings wait. ✨ Avoid Oils ✨ Oil is a lash extension’s worst enemy—don’t let your serum sabotage the slay. ✨ Plan Ahead Respect the 48‑Hour policy for reschedules/cancellations—gold star points, drama‑free. ✨ How to Prepare for Your Wax Appointment ✨ ✨Let it grow, babe Hair should be at least ¼ inch (about 2–3 weeks of growth). No fresh shaves — I can’t wax a stubble struggle. ✨Exfoliate & stay product-free Light exfoliation 24 hours before helps prevent ingrowns, but skip the lotion or oils day-of. Clean, dry skin is the goal. ✨Skip the sips No caffeine or alcohol before your appointment — they can make you extra sensitive. Save the treats for after, gorgeous. ✨Know your flow You can wax on your period, but it may be more uncomfortable. Totally up to you — just give me a heads-up! ✨Pop an ibuprofen (optional) Feeling nervous? Take one 30 mins before for less sting.
